Why We Live Our Corr Values Each and Every Day

Have you ever dealt with a 3PL, freight broker, or trucking company that seemed less than honest? Maybe even a little shady at times? If the answer is no, then feel free to stop reading now because apparently you are one of the few that set yourself up with an ideal transportation solution.

The sad truth is that most companies do not always have that perfect setup because many in the 3PL industry can lack strong business ethics and Corr values. This makes it extremely difficult for shippers and customers to ever establish trust and strong business relationships with their transportation providers. Why is this important you ask? Because without it you simply won’t get the level of service that you should expect. Ultimately, there will be problems with your loads picking up and delivering on time and you probably will have your customers contacting you about problems with the shipments before your transportation provider does.

Honesty and Integrity – Our sales reps and operations professionals will always be open and up front about any issues that might cause delays or other problems with a customer’s shipment. You can expect proactive communication skills each and every time no matter the situation.

Attitude – One of the biggest things we look for when hiring new employees and source of great pride. You can always expect a positive helpful attitude each and every time you contact a TransCorr employee for anything. We love to win and hate to lose !

Commitment – Our whole team is committed to finishing each and every task no matter what it takes, period! On many weeknights and weekends you can find TransCorr employees working after hours to take care of issues or problems that arise. If one person has an issue they are working on, several of our team members will step up and offer to help until the job is done.

Hard Work – You will not find any slackers at TransCorr. Everyone has their own responsibilities and work load, but we all still work as a huge team to get everything done and reach our goals. Give us a shot. Challenge us! I guarantee you our team will get their hands dirty and do whatever necessary to get the job done!
