Call Center Representative

Department: Sales
Location: Grandville, Michigan

Position Overview:

Assist and support in the achievement of the sale of logistics services into assigned markets in support of company goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide quality service of company’s internal and external customers in all assigned tasks while upholding our values at all times
  • Serve as internal sales support for all operations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
  • Drive sales of services by developing, identifying and securing all relevant direct sales opportunities
  • Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to make phone calls to prospects and secure opportunities for outside sales representatives.
  • Send emails to prospects and customers in a timely manner as required
  • Fill requests for company brochures, literature and information
  • Complete all documentation required in a timely manner
  • Manage time effectively, meet personal, department and corporate goals and effectively work with other members of the organization.
  • Follow corporate policies and procedures
  • Present a professional image at all times to customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Hourly plus commission
  • 30 hours per week
  • Monday thru Friday 10:00AM to 4:00 PM
