At TNL, our motto is, “Work hard. Play hard”. Our team gives 110% each day, but we know it’s just as important to have fun as a group. We incorporate our Corr Values into our office atmosphere.

We value the  relationships within our team and know it’s important to create excitement to keep things fresh. Theme days for team members to wear ties, a certain color, or a favorite team jersey are very popular. Our annual “Newbie Race” welcomes our newest team members and interns. Our golf league gives everyone something to chat about on Friday morning. Chili cook offs, Dip Day, our Halloween costume contest, and fantasy football add to the competitive nature of our team. And if they still have energy, they can have a one-on-one session with our on-site fitness trainer, join a spin class, or learn some self defense.

Our employees have a voice and we encourage feedback that helps to improve our office environment and create efficiencies. To make sure everyone has a voice, TNL developed “Restore the Corr” lunches. Teams of two from Operations and Sales go to lunch and discuss how to make TNL better for employees and customers.

We trust our team to make decisions to make our company better. Our team knows the importance of hard work, dedication, and friendly competition.  We come to the office with positive attitudes and ready to have fun.
