Location: Grandville, Michigan
This is a PAID internship with working hours based on individual school schedules. Business hours are 730 AM – 5PM, Monday-Friday. Potential interns should be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, in minimum three hour time blocks.
This internship may also earn credit hours at certain colleges.
Position Overview:
This position will give individuals a broad operational overview of TransCorr National Logistics and teach the management of goods from pick up to delivery. An intern for TNL will be given exposure to the logistics aspect of the supply chain industry though daily involvement with carriers, customers, and the sales team. The emphasis on teamwork will help the candidate become successful, not only in the business world, but in all aspects of daily life. The goal of the internship program is an introduction to the transportation industry and the opportunity to have a future career with TransCorr National Logistics.
This internship is open to all disciplines, but may have greater appeal to students pursuing a career in business, logistics, or marketing.
