Gordy Ferguson
With over sixteen years of experience in the transportation industry, four with the world’s largest 3PL, I’ve gained vast expertise in sales and how to inspire employee participation. I drive the vision and direction of TransCorr National Logistics. My strength is building a winning team and I find it rewarding to be the leader of a motivated team that shares my visions for success. I believe in giving back to the community, my team, and my family. My wife and I are the proud parents of three children and I believe in work/family balance. I enjoy travel, sports, boating, cycling, MSU, and chocolate milk. I “Hate to Lose”.

Brian Jones
The success of our business is a result of honest service, and loyalty to our team. My motivation comes from providing for my family, as well as, creating long-standing relationships with our employees and customers. I have worked in the logistics field since 1997. My alma mater is Lake Superior State University, graduating in 1995 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. I have been married for 13 years, and have a son and daughter. My hobbies include many outdoor activities, but especially waterfowl hunting with family and friends.

Nathan Rollenhagen
AKA Nater. I graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Business Management Degree. My wife Nikole and I were just married this past May. My only sibling is my brother Patrick who works for TransCorr National Logistics (TNL) as a Sales Rep. There are many things I like about working at TNL. Every day brings a different challenge. We have a hard working group in every division that creates a great team atmosphere. TNL provides an on-sight gym and trainer! “Live every day to the fullest”.

Mike Rotman
AKA Rot. Staying on top of market trends and current carrier rates in the transportation industry is my strength, but also in my repertoire is the ability to successfully manage some of our largest accounts. My passion is to someday be a part of something very big and know that through hard work, sacrifice and vision I played an important role in its success. Surrounding yourself with good people and visionary leaders who want to take a business to the next level is a great formula for success. In the distant future, I want to look back at a life of achievements, confident that I gave it my all and left nothing on the table.

Josh Behrens
I started my career at TNL as a college intern and then continued on full-time after graduation. I worked in every department from ops to sales and the experience propelled me to my current role as Sales Manager. Growing up as an athlete and playing collegiate football at Western Michigan University provided me with passion and work ethic. I bring the aggressiveness from my days as a linebacker to the sales world every day. This isn’t just a job for me, it’s my way of life and I love it! “Get Some!”.

Brandon Stuk
I grew up playing sports and am a very competitive, focused, and hardworking person. I worked in operations for the first four years of my career and moved to sales in December of 2010. TransCorr’s team atmosphere creates a great environment to be hardworking and competitive and at the same time enjoy the camaraderie with fellow employees. I enjoy the day-to-day challenge of growing as an individual and with the company. In my free time I enjoy playing and watching all sports, hunting, fishing, and camping. I am a true outdoorsman!

Jeremy Kraker
AKA Kraker. I graduated from Grand Valley State University with a bachelors in Business Administration. My previous work experience was in the construction industry as a field crew leader running up to three crews at a time to maintain production and quality schedules. My specialty is in training and coaching new employees in operations so they gain an understanding and base knowledge for trucking in the logistics field. I’m usually seen running around the office for computer and hardware issues when someone yells…”Kraker, fix it!!”

Jason Lacy
AKA Grizz. I learned the ropes of customer service while fighting in the trenches of the retail world. After a well-rounded education including IT and digital animation, I found myself in the world of logistics. I love the fast-paced environment that we work in here at TransCorr and the irregular challenges this market throws at you. I will forever be known as the TransCorr hire that walked in straight from the mountains of woodland forest. I’m happy to say that I have cleaned myself up since then.

Craig Behrens
AKA The Silver Fox. I’ve been in transportation for 34 years with 28 of them in management roles. Managerial experience includes operations and sales management for four offices, regional quality assurance for 30+ offices and national trucking operations in the air freight industry, general manager of a trucking company, logistics and distribution manager for two manufacturers and project manager for the last four years at TransCorr National Logistics. My strength is in developing systems and processes that focus on productivity and efficiency improvements. Riding my hog is my infatuation. Playing with the grandchildren is my passion. What else matters?

Stephanie Hack
I am part of TNL’s Project Management Team. I help create efficiencies for our Operations and Sales divisions. My goal is to make their jobs easier through project implementation and training on new reports and programs. I love our team and the high-energy environment that TNL has created. I graduated from University of Michigan with a degree in Marketing & French. I enjoy traveling and sports. Go Blue!

Charlie Gross
I am the Long Haul manager. I oversee all loads that deliver outside of the Midwest. I work with the operations team to determine carrier rates and with our sales and customer service teams to submit rates and accept shipments. I work very hard, but have a fun time doing it by creating a high energy and fun work environment. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, playing golf, watching all sports, and spending time with my wife and son.

Kate Gardner
I am on the Project Management team. My home base is in Sales, where I work with the LTL Department, but my main focus is on SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), operational efficiencies, flow chart development, and any other project that comes up that needs creative flair. I enjoy being on the TNL Management Team and look forward to our twice-weekly management meetings where our group works out problems, heads off potential issues, and comes up with new ways to encourage and reward employees. I’m also a total fan of FitCorr, our onsite workout facility. Outside of work, you would be hard pressed not to find me in a dance fitness class. “When in doubt, dance it out.”
